We are committed to delivering accurate and reliable technical information and product descriptions on our website. However, occasional errors may happen. If you believe a product description is inaccurate and are not satisfied, you can return the product for a full refund. Your feedback is highly valued and helps us continually improve our service to better meet your needs.

Faulty items

If you believe a product you purchased from us is faulty or damaged, we offer a full refund or an exchange provided you contact us within 30 working days of receipt and return the item in its original condition. To arrange a return, please email us at info@monomags.co.uk and do not send until we respond with a return note.

Additionally, if the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Claims for courier-related damage cannot be processed after this timeframe.

Returns

If you decide to return an item, please notify us via email within 14 days of receiving it. The item must then be returned to www.monomags.co.uk within the following 14 days.Returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging and labels. Returns are made at your own risk, and you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. We are not liable for items lost during transit. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.  If the returned items are found to be damaged due to misuse or mishandling, they will be sent back to you, and no refund or credit will be issued. Please do not return items without until we respond with a return note.

We do request that the item returned is done so in the original or similar type of packaging causing less damage to the product for inspection.

 

Cancellation 

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, we will issue a refund to the debit card, credit card, or account used for the purchase.  If the order has already been dispatched, the purchaser will be responsible for covering the carriage costs before a refund is processed. We will then refund the purchase after the item has been has been returned and checked.  An Email confirmation will be sent to the email address of the original order. We do request that the item returned is done so in the original or similar type of packaging causing less damage to the product for inspection.
