Delivery Information

Standard Delivery - £4.95 Orders will typically be delivered within 5-7 working days.

Next Day Delivery - £6.95

Orders will typically be sent using a Next Day delivery service  Orders received before 12 noon will usually be despatched same day via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.  Please note that deliveries take place Monday to Friday so that orders despatched on Friday will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday and that orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday.  All UK postcodes except those shown below*.

We are committed to delivering accurate and reliable technical information and product descriptions on our website. However, occasional errors may happen. If you believe a product description is inaccurate and are not satisfied, you can return the product for a full refund. Your feedback is highly valued and helps us continually improve our service to better meet your needs.

Faulty items

If you believe a product you purchased from us is faulty or damaged, we offer a full refund or an exchange provided you contact us within 30 working days of receipt and return the item in its original condition. To arrange a return, please email us at info@monomags.co.uk and do not send until we respond with a return note.

Additionally, if the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Claims for courier-related damage cannot be processed after this timeframe.

Returns

If you decide to return an item, please notify us via email within 14 days of receiving it. The item must then be returned to www.monomags.co.uk within the following 14 days.Returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging and labels. Returns are made at your own risk, and you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. We are not liable for items lost during transit. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.  If the returned items are found to be damaged due to misuse or mishandling, they will be sent back to you, and no refund or credit will be issued. Please do not return items without until we respond with a return note.

We do request that the item returned is done so in the original or similar type of packaging causing less damage to the product for inspection.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, we will issue a refund to the debit card, credit card, or account used for the purchase.  If the order has already been dispatched, the purchaser will be responsible for covering the carriage costs before a refund is processed. We will then refund the purchase after the item has been has been returned and checked.  An Email confirmation will be sent to the email address of the original order. We do request that the item returned is done so in the original or similar type of packaging causing less damage to the product for inspection.

Your information is handled exclusively by trusted providers like Stripe using industry-standard technology to protect your credit card details, just like many other reputable websites.

Any customer data we collect is also safeguarded against unauthorised access.

When you place an order on our site, you are making an offer to purchase the product. A binding contract is established only once your payment has been cleared. During this process, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your request, but this does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only when payment is successfully confirmed.

Privacy

We take the privacy of your personal information very seriously. All purchase-related data is securely stored in a protected database and handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We never sell or share your information with third parties, except to request feedback following your order.

The information you provide when placing an order is used solely to fulfill that order. It is shared with outside parties only as needed to process your order and request feedback afterward.

If you provide information about someone else when placing an order, we use it only to ship the product and confirm delivery. This information is not shared with outside parties beyond what is necessary to complete the order.

Return email addresses are used exclusively to respond to your inquiries and to provide order tracking information. These addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Limitation of Liability

Unless otherwise required by law when acting as a Consumer, our liability for any breach of these Terms and Conditions is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

Force Majeure 

We are not liable for any delay or failure to fulfil our obligations if such delay or failure is caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God (such as floods or snow), strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, breakdowns of equipment, or shortages or unavailability of raw materials. In such cases, we are entitled to a reasonable extension of time to meet our obligations. 

Changes to Terms and Conditions 

Monomags and www.monomags.co.uk are entitled to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
